Struggling To Sleep? WIFI Can Trigger Your Insomnia
Recently, both my wife and I have noticed how we just had a big difficulty in falling asleep after playing Candy Crush on our phones or laptops (yes, I’m a bit embarrassed to admit it but we are both huge Candy Crush enthusiasts).
And after I’ve started digging a bit, I’ve stumbled upon studies who concluded that patients exposed to the WIFI frequency had a significantly more difficult time falling asleep than those who weren’t anywhere near a turned on router before sleeping.
Scientists found that sleeping near a phone or a house with WIFI can lead to chronic sleep problems, since WIFI derails your sleeping patterns.1
Even worst, sleep deprivation can also lead to depression and help raise your blood pressure.
Reduces Brain Activity
The Danish researchers discovered that the “internet pollution” can also reduce, and even impair your concentration ability.2
Using MRI technology, research performed just last year found that persons exposed to WIFI or 4G radiation had several areas of reduced brain activity.
May Lead To Infertility
The Karolinska Institute in Sweden issued a warning in 2011, stating:
“Pregnant women are cautioned to avoid using wireless devices themselves and distance themselves from other users.”3
But why did they do that?
As it turns out, a 2 hour/day exposure for up to 45 days increases the cellular damage and results in abnormal pregnancy or failure of the egg to implant.
It Troubles Your Heart
A study involving 69 people concluded that as long as they were surrounded by these harmful wireless networks, these people developed a strange physical response: an increased heart rate.4
This is worrying since this increased heart rate was comparable to the heart rate of a man under a great deal of stress.

Given that it can onset and even worsen incurable diseases.
Increases The Risk Of Cancer Development
Countless studies proved that exposing animals to WIFI networks increased their risk of tumor development.5
And a few years back, the media went on frenzy madness about the dangers that cell phones carry.
I remember a particular case about a 21-year-old woman who developed breast cancer.
But what made her case unique was that her family did not have a medical history of developing breast cancer…
But she developed the tumor right on the spot where she carried her cell phone in her bra.

So What Can You Do To Minimize Your Exposure To These Harmful Waves?
Limit Your Exposure To WIFI
Turning off or unplugging your WIFI in the evening or before going to sleep will help you better preserve your health in the long run.
Keep Your Phone & Laptop As Far Away From Your Body
And under no circumstances, go to sleep whilst putting your phone on the nightstand located dangerously close to your head.
Both your mobile and your laptop, when connected to the internet via Wi-Fi help create a dangerous electromagnetic field.
And it’s not just that. A key factor in how human sleep is regulated is exposure to the light or darkness.
During the night, we have this hormone, called melatonin, which “tells” our bodies that it’s time to sleep.
But you see, exposure to the light emitted by these screens (you may have heard of blue light) “shuts down” your body’s production of melatonin.
And keeps you awake at night.
So, I strongly advise you to stop using your phone, kindle, or laptop at least an hour before bedtime.
And another crucial piece of advice linked to the cell phone use:
- Switch off your phone while sleeping.
- Keep your phone away from your head.
- Avoid the use of cell phone when pregnant.
- Don’t talk on your phone while it’s charging.
- Choose to send texts instead of calling people, whenever possible.
- Don’t put your cell in your front pocket, or anywhere else close to your body.
- Leave your phone in another room and just use an alarm clock to wake you up in the morning.
All these will help you avert many of the health problems caused by exposure to WIFI and signal emitted by your cell.
