When you walk down the aisle at the supermarket and see stacks of vitamin water and supplements…
Aren’t you tempted to buy some?
After all, these days is really difficult to secure your daily nutrients.
Especially because eating organic foods, which are not swimming in pesticides, is very expensive.
Therefore, it’s only economically smart to choose the least expensive and seemingly effective products.
So when you see stacks of Vitamin Water, for example, promising to boost your energy and provide the nutrients your body is lacking…
The easiest thing to do is to just grab some bottles and move along. Safe in the thought that you’ll become healthier.
But don’t be fooled.
Not every multivitamin supplement, nor bottles of “vitamin” water are safe or effective.
Let me explain…
The Marketing Hoax You’ve Been Deceived into Believing
Did you know that Vitamin Water is produced by the Coca-Cola Company?
Don’t you believe me?
Here is the link to their official site: http://www.coca-colacompany.com/brands/glaceau-vitaminwater
Yes, the same company that fills its products with pounds and pounds of sugar.
Excessive sugar makes our bodies fragile and weaker in the face of infections.
You can watch this Tooth Vs Coke experiment on YouTube
This highly popular drink is corrosive, to put it gently.
The first thing it will do is to wreak havoc to your teeth because it will simply dissolve them (like in the video).
And that’s not even the worst part.
This toxic drink, will – with time – even “melt” your internal tissues.
And by the time you realize it, you may find yourself in a critical health condition.
Why Is The So-Called Vitamin Water Dangerous?
I will give you two reasons:
Reason nr 1: Because of its deadly amounts of fructose.
A bottle of Vitamin Water contains about the same amount of fructose as a bottle of regular Coke.
Fructose triggers a host of diseases:
- Type 2 diabetes
- Tooth decay
- Heart disease
- Fatty liver disease
- Metabolic syndrome
And worst case scenario, it can even lead to cancer.
Reason nr 2: Has vitamins that you already get enough off.
All types of Vitamin Water contain Vitamin B and Vitamin C in great amounts.
However, they are almost never lacking in the average person’s diet, not to mention that they are water soluble vitamins – which means they do not get stored inside your body, they are simply eliminated out of your body.
It provides “no benefit” to you and instead just creates “very expensive urine”.
So basically, your money goes down the drain.
The drinks do contain small amounts of Vitamin A and E, along with other minerals…
But it makes no sense to fill your body with pounds of sugar that coat your arteries for an insignificant dose of Vitamin A or E.
Most of the times, your health is a reflection of your lifestyle.
That includes exercise, diet, mental health, etc.
Balancing them all brings a feeling a wellness that makes your life bountiful and filled with happiness.
Give me the opportunity to carve the simplest way towards the health you’ve always desired.
Let’s do it!
