Ingredients for 1 serving:
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- (Optional) 1 tablespoon ground flax meal or chia seeds
All that’s left is for you to put all of the ingredients above in a blender and mix away.

- 1¼ c frozen cubed mango
- 2 medium chopped ribs celery
- 1 c chilled fresh orange juice
