The most amazing plant that Nature has offered us – Guarana.
I have been using this plant for a couple of decades now, and I have been constantly amazed at how powerful this herb can be.
The name derives from the Guarani tribe in the Amazon, who used to brew a beverage from its seeds. Although it has always been used as traditional medicine, I haven’t known of it until me and my sister got to America.

There was a lot more pressure on us. We wanted to help so many people and only had so little time.
I barely slept a couple of hours a night, but I was filled to the brim with enthusiasm that I was finally able to change my life and those of my clients.
Nonetheless, after a few months, I started feeling a bit tired and I felt like I couldn’t concentrate as well as before.
Moreover, even if I was relentlessly following my meal plan, my body was weaker than when we started.
Something wasn’t right.
I was putting my health at risk which is a very dangerous gamble.
Therefore I decided to search for something to get me back on track. I always welcome a challenge, even more so if I can enrich my knowledge in the process.

I wish I could say that I accidentally stumbled upon an ad about Guarana, but it wouldn’t be true.
Actually, I found the solution in the conversations held with a dear friend that was running a nearby health store.
I asked him about the herb and whether he recommends it to me or not.
He sold me a couple of seeds that were supposed to last for a week, told me to grind them into a fine powder and brew a tea each time I find it hard to concentrate. And that’s what I did.
At first, I was afraid that the caffeine it contains would make my heart race, but it didn’t.

In less than 30 minutes after taking the first sip, I started being more aware of my surroundings.
An hour later, I was more vigilant and could concentrate better than in the last couple of months combined.
After the first week of daily use, I was in a better mental shape than ever before.
Luckily, the options available today on the market include more options than just seeds – tablets or fine grind powder can be bought from most health stores.
Go to the nearest one and ask the vendor for a recommendation. Go for the supplements that were obtained through a mechanical process, as this does not affect the nutritional value and the benefits of the herb.
