Before and after the meal, consume a pinch of nutmeg, along with a pinch of clove powder.
Treatment for Premature Ejaculation
Take half a teaspoon of crushed nutmeg (nutmeg powder) daily, mixed with a cup of water – in a single dose.
Treatment for Muscular Pain
Nutmeg oil also has anti-inflammatory properties and can treat joint and muscle pains if used to massage the affected areas.
Treatment for Stress Relief and Brain Stimulant
This spice effectively combats stress and stimulates brain activity and mental activity. Long before us, the Greeks and Romans used this spice as a brain tonic. And they did everything they could to get it, in spite of the fact that it was very expensive and difficult to obtain.
Heart Protector Remedy
Consuming nutmeg powder or oil stimulates the cardiovascular system by increasing the blood circulation in hypotensive patients.
