Their almost shocking discovery revealed “reliable drops” in the amount of

phosphorus

iron

riboflavin (vitamin B2)

and vitamin C in these foods over the past half century.

Bottom Line?

The truth of the matter is that we don’t even know what’s sitting on our plates anymore.

A full-depth study conducted by the Kushi Institute reviewing the nutrient data from 1975 to 1997 found that:

  • average calcium levels in 12 fresh vegetables dropped 27%
  • iron levels 37%
  • vitamin A levels 21%

We are eating lab-made vegetables… given that scientists are breeding a new generation of pest-resistant crops by pumping them full of chemicals and GM substances.
