How to Boost Your Testosterone Naturally?
The Zinc Force
Zinc is a natural “love” nutrient because it’s vital in helping your body produce testosterone.
A man loses zinc naturally through sweating, so it cannot be avoided.
So make sure you eat foods containing high amounts of zinc, for example:
- Whole grains
I recommend you have at least one serving of one of these foods daily.
Ditch the Coffee, Choose Herbal Tea Instead
If you have a bad habit of drinking several cups of coffee a day, I have some bad news for you.
Too much coffee increases your cortisol levels, which leads to a muscle mass loss and a decreased testosterone output.
So, try to stick to one cup of coffee a day and if you want to drink something warm, then try herbal tea (e.g. Green tea).
Another benefit of this, is that your sleep will improve, which is another very important aspect when it comes to increasing your testosterone levels.

Say No to Alcohol
If you want your body to produce more testosterone while you’re casually sipping on your beer – that won’t happen.
Beer contains hops, this substance is known to suppress the production of testosterone and instead form estrogen in your body.
Your body is better off without alcohol if you want to elevate your testosterone levels.
DANGER! Throw Away Your Plastic Containers
You might remember a recent email of mine (if not, search in your inbox the email entitled “This sabotages your health – don’t be a victim”) where I spoke about the dangers of plastic.
In short, plastic particles are absorbed into the food, which then enter your bloodstream and shred your internal organs.
Studies also confirmed that phthalates (a substance that is found in abundance in plastic containers) increases estrogen levels in your body.
This not only tanks your testosterone levels, but it can make you gain weight, which can lead to further problems.
So, if you want to store food, simply put them in glass containers.
They are safer, easier to clean, and won’t have that funny smell.
