Homemade Deodorants: Easy To Follow Natural Recipes

Not sure if you know this, but almost 99% of all the commercial deodorants contain plenty of harmful ingredients. And they can easily disrupt the normal hormonal levels in your body.

To prevent that, you can simply make your own natural, healthier, and more effective homemade deodorants.

And No! – You don’t need to spend a lot of money or much of your precious time!

Actually, it’s more economically convenient and less time consuming to make a natural deodorant.

Think about it, you need money for just about anything: to pay your bills, food, your kids’ tuition, to pay for gas, etc.

So then, the thought occurred to me: why should you also pay good money for products that will harm your health in the long run?

And with that being said… Here are three natural homemade deodorants you or your family can safely use at all times:

1. Deodorant for Sensitive Skin

  • 5 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking soda
  • 6 Tablespoons Arrowroot powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Bentonite Clay
  • 5 to 10 drops of the essential oil of your choice

Directions: Mix and store in a small jar in your medicine cabinet! Your deodorant will be like a paste, so whenever you want to use it, just scoop some out with your finger and apply it to your armpits.

When you are ready to use, simply put a little under your armpit and allow it to dry for a few minutes.

Directions: Mix all ingredients together. And then put it in an airtight container. Or an empty deodorant container, whatever you can use.

Now you have not only one, not two, but three different natural, homemade deodorants.

These are not only effective but also nourish your skin without leaving it dry or itchy.

Finally, be sure to read every label of every product that you use for your skin. Check if there are any harmful ingredients and if it doestoss it away.

You absolutely do not want to continue using these products. Especially not when they can throw your health in the gutter. And not when you can find a healthier solution.

To your health.
