For this smoothie you will need:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 g chlorella powder
  • 1 tsp matcha (green tea) powder
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

Blend all of the ingredients together and enjoy.

For this lemonade you need:

  • 2 large lemons
  • 5 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 5 tablespoons of chlorella powder
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix the lemon juice with the maple syrup until the maple syrup dissolves completely.
  2. Add the chlorella powder and the cayenne pepper and stir very well.

3. Chlorella Guacamole

For this recipe you need:

  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon Yaeyama Chlorella
  • 2 tablespoon yoghurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon (crushed)
  • ½ teaspoon sugar or honey
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • Ground pepper
  • ½ cup of tofu

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients together. Eat it with omelettes, crackers, tacos or tortillas.

4. Asian-Styled Lamb with Chlorella Stir Fried

For this recipe you need:

  • carrots (sliced)
  • celery (sliced)
  • organic onion (finely cut)
  • green cabbage (finely shredded)
  • organic mushrooms (sliced)
  • fresh snow peas
  • 4 organic garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 lb natural lamb (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 large scoop of chlorella powder

Instructions:

  1. In a steel pan, stir fry all ingredients in the coconut oil.
  2. Put vegetables in first (fry them over medium heat, for about 7 minutes), then the meat (stir fry for about 5 minutes), and then the garlic and the soy sauce.
  3. After cooking, add in the chlorella and stir.
  4. Simple as 1, 2, 3.

5. Basil and Chlorella Pasta

For this pasta recipe you need:

  • 2 cups of basil leaves
  • 3 tsp of chlorella
  • 1/2 garlic head
  • 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh nuts (pine)
  • 3 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1-ounce pasta

Instructions:

  1. Blend the basil, garlic, olive oil and Chlorella.
  2. Lightly toast the pine nuts in olive oil.
  3. Add cheese, lemon juice and pine nuts to the puree.
  4. Add cooked pasta and serve hot.

6. Chlorella and Chia Pudding Dessert

For this recipe you need:

  • 1.25 cups of almond milk
  • 0.25 cups of hemp seeds
  • 4 organic pitted dates
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • cinnamon
  • 6 tsp of chlorella powder
  • dash of salt
  • 6 tbsp of chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything in a blender till smooth.
  2. Mix the composition with chia seeds and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
